How to download your payment history (for taxes)

   Go to Rent Collection

   Click "Rent" in the top navigation.

   Click "Download Records"

   This downloads a spreadsheet (CSV) with every renter, unit, amount, due date, paid date, and status — ready to open in Excel or hand to your accountant.
