How to send a rent reminder

   Reminders send automatically

   Every renter with rent due gets up to three emailed reminders: 5 days before, 1 day before, and on the due date itself if it's still unpaid (that last one includes a payment link) — you don't have to do anything.

   Want to remind them sooner?

   Go to Rent Collection and click "Send Payment Link" on their payment any time — it works the same way as the automatic reminder.
