How to handle a renter moving out

1. 1

   Open their unit

   Go to the property, then the unit they're on.

2. 2

   Click "End lease"

   This removes the renter from the unit and marks it Vacant again.

3. 3

   Add the next renter whenever you're ready

   The unit's "Add Renter" button is available again immediately.
