How to send your renter a payment link

   Go to Rent Collection

   Click "Rent" in the top navigation. You'll see every rent payment due, listed by renter.

   Find the payment

   Payments show up automatically once a renter has an active lease — no need to create them by hand.

   Click Send Payment Link

   We email your renter a secure link right away, and show you the same link in case you want to text or hand it to them directly.

   They pay in a couple of minutes

   Your renter connects their bank account on Stripe's secure page and confirms the rent amount — no added fee — before paying.
